The OBL dosing pumps can be distinguished in various product groups, including OBL plunger dosing pumps, OBL direct driven diaphragm dosing pumps and OBL hydraulically driven diaphragm dosing pumps.
The OBL plunger metering pumps are available in API 675. These OBL pumps are available up to pressures of up to 400 bar. This series is very robust in construction and therefore extremely suitable for continuous use.
The OBL direct driven diaphragm dosing pumps are available up to a maximum capacity of 520 liters per hour and a pressure of up to 12 bar.
This series of pumps is equipped with an anodized gearbox which makes these pumps corrosion resistant and therefore extremely suitable for environments with an aggressive atmosphere.
The OBL hydraulically driven diaphragm dosing pumps are available in many different versions.
Remarkable are the API 675 pumps, which are progressive in terms of technology.
In addition to the fact that these OBL pumps can reach a maximum pressure of 250 bar and are very robust in construction, they have a unique recirculation system for the blocking liquid. This system ensures that the barrier liquid escapes at an overpressure, so that the pumps can run against a closed pressure without any problems and that the barrier liquid automatically flows back after the pressure in the pressure pipe drops again. Unique is that these OBL pumps continue to draw a high vacuum in contrast to other well-known brands.
